Full-Stack Developer for Web3 Job Marketplace

We are looking for a Full-Stack Web3 Developer to help build a decentralized job marketplace powered by the Solana and EVM blockchain. The platform will enable freelancers and employers to post jobs, bid, and handle payments securely through smart contracts. It combines blockchain transparency with a sleek, modern web interface.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Solana smart contracts (Rust / Anchor)
  • Build and integrate wallet-based authentication (Phantom, Solflare, Metamask, etc)
  • Implement escrow, milestone payments, and dispute flows
  • Develop backend services (Node.js / Express, MongoDB)
  • Integrate on-chain events with frontend and backend
  • Build and maintain frontend features (React / Next.js)

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with Solana Web3.js, Rust, and smart contract development.
  • Familiarity with wallet integrations (e.g., Phantom, Solflare).
  • Understanding of decentralized app (dApp) architecture and Web3 principles.
  • Experience building and deploying full-stack Web3 applications.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience with blockchain marketplaces or DeFi platforms.
  • Experience with Ethereum / Polygon (EVM)
  • USDC / SPL token integrations
  • Knowledge of security best practices for Web3 apps.
