Data Scientist
We are looking for a Data Scientist to turn on-chain and product data into actionable insights for our crypto and Web3 initiatives. You will build analyses, models, and reporting that help product, business, and leadership teams make better decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze product, user, and on-chain data to identify trends and opportunities
- Build models, dashboards, and recurring reports for key business metrics
- Partner with product and engineering to define tracking and experiment measurement
- Develop insights around growth, retention, risk, and marketplace / protocol activity
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Improve data quality, pipelines, and analytical best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a data scientist or data analyst in crypto, fintech, or SaaS
- Strong skills in Python or R, SQL, and statistical analysis
- Ability to work with large datasets and build clear visualizations
- Understanding of blockchain data concepts such as wallets, transactions, and tokens
- Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-moving startup environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with on-chain analytics platforms or crypto market datasets
- Background in machine learning, forecasting, or experimentation
- Familiarity with dbt, Spark, or modern data stack tools
- Experience supporting product, risk, or trading teams with insights

Rate Range
- $40 – $90 USD / hour, depending on experience and role
- Open to fixed-price milestones for clearly defined tasks
