Financial Analyst
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support planning, reporting, and decision-making across our blockchain and fintech operations. You will analyze performance, model scenarios, and help leadership understand financial and market dynamics in a fast-moving crypto environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for crypto and product initiatives
- Track KPIs, budgets, burn, revenue, and unit economics
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership and stakeholders
- Analyze token, treasury, or marketplace financial activity where relevant
- Support fundraising, partner, and commercial discussions with data-backed insights
- Improve reporting processes, dashboards, and financial controls
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or investment analysis
- Strong Excel / Sheets modeling skills and comfort with large datasets
- Understanding of crypto markets, digital assets, or fintech business models
- Clear communication skills for presenting insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-moving startup environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with DeFi, exchanges, treasury management, or tokenomics
- Background in consulting, investment banking, or crypto funds
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Knowledge of accounting or compliance considerations in digital assets

Rate Range
- $40 – $90 USD / hour, depending on experience and role
