Product Manager
We are looking for a Product Manager to own roadmap, discovery, and delivery for our blockchain and Web3 products. You will turn user and business needs into clear requirements, align cross-functional teams, and ship features that create measurable value.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlogs for Web3 / crypto products
- Gather requirements from users, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design
- Coordinate launches, experiments, and iteration cycles across teams
- Track product metrics and use data to guide prioritization
- Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and decisions to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven product management experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or SaaS
- Strong understanding of blockchain user flows, wallets, and dApp product patterns
- Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-moving startup environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience shipping marketplace, payments, or DeFi products
- Familiarity with Solana, Ethereum, or multi-chain ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with analytics, A/B testing, and product discovery methods
- Background working closely with design systems and agile engineering teams

Rate Range
- $40 – $90 USD / hour, depending on experience and role
